Thanks .. a lovely piece of work. So nice, in fact, that it created a positive outcome. I erred on the length and decided to mount the blinds lower in the window [only a sky view in the remaining space]. Our tenant was so struck by the beauty of the color, she readily approved the non-full length.

Disappointed with product. Blinds do not close completly like normal blinds with closure rod. I ordered with closure rod but apparently self closing blinds do not have closure device. These blinds were installed in a motorhome and because they won't completely close, we have no privacy at night . I payed a lot for these blinds and now have to replace them due to lack of a polity to fully close.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
